Neptune™ Kit is designed to simplify the isolation of human T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by eliminating the need for magnetic separation and centrifugation steps. It is a streamlined process that enables efficient and fast T-cell isolation with no residuals in the final cell product.

Neptune™ Kit selectively removes CD3- cells through negative selection, yielding a pure population of functional CD3+ cells — including both CD4+ helper and CD8+ cyto­toxic T cells. Built on our proprietary technology, the system is robust, xeno-free, and magnet-free, offer­ing a new standard for T-cell preparation in preclinical re­search and immunotherapy development. The yielded cells retain their phenotypes, as well as normal functionality, making them suitable for downstream applications.
